Clients are billed for services prior to and up to the time that services are rendered. Refunds are on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the agency. Clients are able to pay by cash, check, or electronic payment via Venmo or Zelle.

Please note there is a per mile travel fee that is to be reimbursed at the home study visit and for each post placement visit. This rate abides by the current IRS guidelines in place at the time that the visit occurs.

All counseling and education consulting fees and packages will be discussed during your initial consultation phone call with the agency.
